What it’s all aboot

I looked over this morning and saw a couple of my legends client's throwing the med ball around...

If you aren’t familiar with our “Legends” Squads, maybe you’ve heard of Silver Sneakers? Well, just imagine your favorite Aunt/Uncles truly committing themselves to staying as strong and capable as a skulk of Silver Foxes! And yes, I had to look up what a pack of foxes is…a skulk of sneaky silver foxes seems quite fitting for this group…

The funny part about this was that it wasn't even part of our circuit! These two were just horsing around and having fun. Never mind that the next set was significantly more tiring after throwing a 10 lb med ball around just for shits and giggles!

But really, this is what it's all about...this type of social connection is arguably just as beneficial to the health and well-being of these women as the stress they put on their hearts, lungs, muscles and bones today.
